Teams of the Decade
Background
On Friday the 22nd of June in 2012, OXSC celebrated it's ten year anniversary at Melbourne's iconic Crown Palladium Ballroom. During the night, whilst celebrating the club's achievements, two teams of the decade were announced in the men's playing department.
The official men's team of the decade consisted of Ennis La Torre, Paul Marazita, Nicholas Butler, Matthew Clyne, Michael Sette, Liam Flynn, Michael Fragale, Andrew Vittadello, Gianni Bramante, Adrian Ubaldi, Anthony De Luca, D Clyne, Prossimo, Robilotta, Marco Stella, and Thomas Voss. Damian Cilmi was declared as the manager. (team photo below, with most of them!)
Due to OXSC's foreign network, a second men's team of the decade was also announced, only consisting of the foreign players to represent OXSC. The International team consist of Brown, Hainsworth, Michael Esnault, Ashe, Antoni, Andrew Kavanagh, Callahan, Peter Kozle, Juan De La Pava, Giorgio Perelli, Liam Flynn, Balaton, Ficici, Longo, Melvin, Tamanas, Toomey, with Luciano Fioravanti as the coach.
