Presidential Honour Roll
BACKGROUND
While OXSC was formally registered on the 28th of February in 2002, the club's origins can be traced three months earlier to November 2001. A group of Xavier College alumni met to discuss the potential forming of an Old Xaverians Association affiliated soccer club. This group of alumni which became the steering committee consisted of Peter De Luca, Jamie McCormack, James Nicholls, John Ubaldi, Peter Clyne and Phil Barcellona. After these early meetings and the forming of the club's constitution, Peter De Luca was elected as the club's inaugural president.
Following Peter's resignation at the conclusion of the 2010 season, Hugh Tobin, Tim Mullaly, Adrian Gervasoni, Davide Musolino followed in the roles respectively until the conclusion of the 2019 season. Following David's term, inaugural Sirens player Emily Marson was elected as the club's first female president, for the 2020 season, the first female president of any Old Xaverians sporting club. Following two difficult seasons of 2020 and 2021 due to Coronavirus Pandemic, the club was left in a better position than prior to the pandemic under Emily's presidency, but confirmed her decision to not continue as president for the 2022 season. On Wednesday 17/11/21, committee member Joseph 'Joey' Di Pietro elected as president.
